- 1 Sponsor-provided swag items should be small, capable of fitting into a 10x8x2" bag. Items should ideally be delivered to Flock Presents at least seven days prior to event date.
- 2 Marketing material to be provided by sponsor, and should ideally be delivered to Flock at least seven days prior to event date.
- 3 Specific sponsor identifications (Breakfast, Lunch, or Afternoon Snack) can only be offered to one sponsor per event day for each callout, and are available on a first come, first served basis.
- 4 Time for presentation will be based on availability for each event. Slot(s) will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
