Your ticket includes admission to the full day’s session for which the ticket is valid, plus a light breakfast, full lunch, and afternoon snacks. You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements, including hotel reservations if necessary. Please review our registration policies before ordering.
Tickets may be purchased directly on our site from any single event page by clicking the Register Now button. We use Eventbrite to manage events and ticket sales, so attendees will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite after purchasing each ticket. Attendees will be able to print paper tickets to keep handy for the event, or use the Eventbrite mobile app to store tickets on their phones. However, tickets shouldn’t be necessary, since we’ll have a list of attendee names to verify at the entrance.
Regular ticket sales for each event typically end one week prior to that event, or whenever the event sells out (whichever happens sooner). Some events may offer a limited quantity of tickets at special Early bird pricing before a certain date.
Tickets may be purchased exclusively online via major credit or debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Purchasers must supply the correct billing zip code for the charge to process.
Refunds & Transfers
Unfortunately, given the small size of our events, we can’t accept cancellations, nor can we offer refunds once tickets have been purchased. However, we do allow transfers to another individual for a fee of $25.
However hard we try to confirm our speakers and the event schedule, life happens, and some circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. Thus, note that all speakers and the particulars of each event are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to notify you of any substantial changes as early as we can.
The information collected about you is stored by our event management partner, Eventbrite. And we use MailChimp to collect names and email addresses for the purposes of keeping in touch with you about our future plans or an event to which you have purchased a ticket. We may from time to time share aggregate data with our sponsors, but in all such cases, this data will be made fully anonymous.
